Are my tickets guaranteed?
Yes. Every order placed through LA Ticket Exchange is backed by a 100% Money-Back Guarantee. Your tickets will arrive before the event and will be valid for entry. If you do not receive valid tickets in time to attend the event, you will receive a full refund.
How will I receive my tickets?
Most tickets are delivered electronically — mobile tickets (PDF or wallet-compatible) can be transferred directly to your phone for seamless entry. Other delivery options include e-ticket download, electronic transfer, local pickup, and will-call at the venue box office. Your chosen delivery method is selected at checkout.
Can I get a refund if the event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, you may choose a credit voucher worth 110% of your original purchase price (valid for 365 days) or request a full refund minus any delivery charges. If you take no action you will receive a voucher by default — contact customer service within 7 days if you prefer a cash refund.
What happens if the event is postponed or rescheduled?
If an event is postponed or rescheduled and the original tickets are valid for entry at the new date, your order will not qualify for a refund or credit voucher. Your original tickets remain valid. If you cannot attend, you can resell your tickets.
Are ticket prices set by the venue or league?
No. LA Ticket Exchange is an independent resale marketplace. Prices are set by individual sellers and may be above or below the face value printed on the ticket. All ticket prices include service charges and handling fees as shown at checkout. We are not affiliated with any league, team, venue, or primary ticket vendor.
Can I cancel or exchange my order?
All sales are final. Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
What if the tickets I ordered are no longer available?
If equivalent or better seat locations are available at the same price, the seller will fill the order with those alternatives. If no alternates are available, your credit card will not be charged (or you will receive a full refund) and you will be notified.
Will my name be on the tickets?
Tickets sold through our site are from third-party sellers, so the buyer's name will not be printed on the tickets. This does not affect your ability to enter the event.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Affirm (buy now, pay later), PayPal, and Apple Pay. The name on third-party payment platforms will appear as 'My Ticket Tracker.' Your credit card will be charged by the fulfilling seller, not LA Ticket Exchange directly.
What are 'Zone Tickets' or 'tickets not in hand'?
For certain events, pre-approved sellers may offer tickets they do not yet possess. These are backed by our 100% Money Back Guarantee. After your order is confirmed, we guarantee your tickets will be within the listed area (or comparable/better) and delivered in time for the event — or your money back.
What if I'm denied entry at the venue?
If you have trouble gaining entry, contact us immediately at (866) 459-9233. If entry is denied, obtain written proof from the venue and email it to customersupport@mytickettracker.com within 10 days. If we determine you were denied entry, you will receive a full refund of the ticket cost, fees, and shipping charges.
